The East Frisians love strong tea, which they pour over rock candy and refine with a layer of cream. They also drink at least three cups, because "three times is East Frisian right".
So brew a strong infusion that has only steeped for a short time and refine in the East Frisian way. Sip the tea without stirring it, so that the fine sweetness remains for the last sip. This wonderfully strong blend is rounded off by its Darjeeling content with a fine, slightly flowery aroma.
