Harmonious, mild coffee roast. This light Cavallo Nero roast has little acidity, a strong body and a full taste. A pleasure coffee of the absolute top class. Only fully ripened highland beans are carefully processed by hand and professionally roasted for a long time at low temperatures: for an overwhelming fullness of aroma.
The Arabica coffee beans come from the Finca El Chorro. It has been owned by the Schallit family for years. The finca strives for a permanent balance between biodiversity, the permanent improvement of living and working conditions on the finca and the cultivation of very high quality highland Arabica beans. This finca has been supplying their green coffee for this roast for more than 10 years.
