Malabar Sona coffee is velvety-soft on the palate and very full-bodied. By nature, Indian beans have a lot of spice and very little acidity. A tolerable delight. Only fully matured highland beans from India are carefully processed by hand and professionally roasted for a long time at low temperatures: for an overwhelming fullness of aroma.
We have always used only organically grown coffee beans. From coffee gardens and origins that strive for a lasting balance of man & nature. We have worked with these gardens wherever possible since our beginnings. Sustainable and fair.
