Alfalfa is used worldwide as food and animal feed and is particularly widespread in Central Europe. Its botanical name is Medicago sativa. Other names are snail clover, everlasting clover or alfalfa, which is common in English-speaking countries. A wonderful mild tea can be made from dried and cut alfalfa.
The raw materials from controlled organic cultivation and the gentle processing in a factory in Bavaria with over 35 years of experience guarantee a natural product that is vegan, lactose and gluten-free. You also benefit from the absence of additives and release agents such as magnesium salts or other fillers and flow agents. To ensure this, the products are checked regularly.
Intake:
Add 1 teaspoon per cup of boiling water and let it steep for 5-6 minutes.
