Turmeric is a plant species in the ginger family. It is an herbaceous plant with an underground shoot, also known as yellow saffron. The root tuber is yellow in color and has a spicy, hot aroma. Ginger (Zingiber officinale), also known as ingber, imber, everroot or ginger root, is a plant in the ginger family (Zingiberaceae). The main shoot of the ginger plant, which is located underground, is suitable for consumption. Ginger has an aromatic smell and the taste is hot and spicy.

Preparation:
