Alongside Chaga, Reishi and others, Hericium is also one of the superfood mushrooms. It is a rare mushroom that is native to old forests in Europe, China, Japan and North America. Its coral-like appearance has given the Hericium Erinaceus mushroom some very imaginative names. It is also called hedgehog's beard, monkey's head mushroom, lion's mane or Japanese Yamabushitake. The mushroom is gently dried and then ground. Our Hericium powder comes from sustainable organic farming and is ground in a way that preserves the active ingredients. It is rich in minerals and trace elements.

Preparation:
