The tea leaves for this lively tea come exclusively from the August picking in the tea garden. In this month, the green tea develops a very special, very fine astringency. The tea is pleasantly fruity and has a very light smoky note. The leaf is grey-green, rather short and wiry rolled. The cup colour of this summer Chun Mee is green, light yellow to yellow. Chun Mee is very commonly drunk in China and is a wonderful "round the clock treat".
Chun Mee tea in premium organic quality from controlled organic cultivation. To ensure the excellent quality, the raw material is controlled and bottled in our manufactory in Germany. Free of any additives and therefore extremely compatible. Suitable for vegans and all those who pay attention to a balanced, relaxed lifestyle.
Preparation:
2-3 min - 5 teaspoons to 1 litre - 80°-90°.
