Lady's mantle belongs to the rose family and is native to Europe, Africa and Asia. The fan-shaped leaves are reminiscent of a woman's waving cloak, which is probably where the colloquial name of Alchemilla vulgaris comes from. Hildegard von Bingen already described the successful use of the herb for women in the 11th century. She recommended its use as an infusion, mouthwash, bath or poultice. Also called magic or alchemist's herb (lat. Alchemilla). The name probably comes from traditional herbalism and folk medicine.
Lady's mantle herb makes a delicious and healthy drink. The herbs in it contain vitamins, minerals, essential oils and flavonoids.

Preparation:
Pour 1-2 teaspoons of lady's mantle herb with boiling water, steep for 8-10 minutes and strain.
