Our organic psyllium husks (lat. Plantago ovata) come from India, have a neutral taste and are versatile. It is the husk of the Indian psyllium. This is similar to the native ribwort herb. The husks contain mucilage and dietary fibre. Psyllium husks have swelling properties and are also used as a binding agent in gluten-free foods. The small seeds that jump during the ripening process strongly resemble fleas jumping around, hence the name psyllium.

Preparation:
Stir 1 teaspoon of psyllium seeds into 250ml of water 2 times a day and drink before meals. Drink plenty of water afterwards.
