1. Sweepstakes and organizer

The organizer of the competition is Good Organics GmbH, Mitterstrassweg 23, 82064 Strasslach-Dingharting. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram. The contact person and person responsible is Good Organics GmbH alone. Good Organics GmbH only uses Instagram as a marketing platform for its sweepstakes campaigns. Therefore, all interactions and information from participants regarding the competition must be directed to Good Organics GmbH.

2nd period

Start of the competition: 11/29/2020; End of the competition: December 4th, 2020 at 11:59 p.m.

3. Participation

Participation is by "liking" the Instagram competition entry and commenting on the entry on our Instagram channel Biotiva. In addition, the participant subscribes to our Instagram channel @Biotiva. Participation in the competition is free.

4. Profit

1x bag of pea protein powder organic 1000g; 1x sachet of cocoa powder strongly de-oiled organic 300g; 1x bag of cinnamon Ceylon ground organic 250g.

5. Execution and Settlement

5.1 Among all participant comments, 1 winner will be chosen at random in KW49 determined by the social media team of Good Organics GmbH.

5.2 The winner will be informed via the comment function of the Instagram post and asked to send his/her contact or personal data correctly and truthfully to Biotiva via Instagram direct message. The address data must be transmitted within 72 hours of notification. Participants agree that their Instagram name will be published on the Biotiva Instagram channel.

5.3 If the winner does not report within the specified period, the claim to the prize will be forfeited and the prize will be drawn again at random from all other participants. Changes to the prize, transfer of prizes and cash payments are not possible. The prize will be sent to the winner by post or parcel service.

6. Eligibility

6.1 All persons over the age of 18 residing in Germany are eligible to participate. Participation with fake identities or not your own identity is not allowed. Manipulations that provide an advantage in the competition or multiple entries are not permitted. Good Organics reserves the right to exclude participants who violate the conditions of participation from the competition.

6.2 By participating in the competition, participants accept these terms and conditions. If Good Organics GmbH has to cancel or change the competition for various unforeseeable reasons or circumstances beyond its control, the participants are not entitled to win. Good Organics GmbH is not liable for damage caused by the delivery of the prize. If the prize cannot be delivered, there is no entitlement to compensation.
