Horehound is a medicinal plant that has been known for centuries. Its botanical name is Marrubium vulgare L. It originally comes from the Mediterranean region. Today, however, it is also native to our Central European latitudes. Horehound contains, among other things, bitter and tannic substances, resins and some waxes. There are also small amounts of essential oils.
The raw materials contained are from controlled biological cultivation (organic cultivation). They are carefully processed and controlled. They are bottled in our factory in Bavaria. Based on 30 years of experience with organic products and processing, we guarantee: Natural products of the best quality and selected origin. You also benefit from the absence of additives and separating agents such as magnesium salts or other fillers or superplasticisers. Vegan, lactose- and gluten-free. Suitable for vegans and anyone who is looking for a balanced, relaxed lifestyle.
Preparation:
Pour 4 tsp with 1 litre of boiling water and steep for approx. 5min.
