Description

The milk thistle (Silybum marianum or Carduus marianus) thrives in the European Mediterranean region. The milk thistle is also called Venus thistle and has bright purple-pink flowers. The herb was already used by Hildegard von Bingen. The herb of the milk thistle is mainly used to prepare teas. The tea tastes slightly bitter and herbaceous.

Organically grown milk thistle. To ensure excellent quality, the raw material is checked and bottled in our factory in Germany. Free from any additives. Suitable for vegans and anyone who values a balanced, relaxed lifestyle.

Preparation:
Pour boiling water over 1 teaspoon milk thistle per cup. Leave for 8 to 10 minutes and then strain.
