Elderberry bushes have been a familiar part of the vegetation in Central Europe for centuries. The elderberry bush blooms from May to July. The scent of the white elderberry blossoms is very intensely sweet. Elderberry is also called holler, holder or black lilac. The dried flowers of the bush, which can grow up to 15 meters tall, are ideal for making a sweet, slightly sour tea.
Elderflowers from controlled organic cultivation. To ensure the excellent quality, the raw material is checked and bottled in our factory in Germany. Free from any additives. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Preparation:
Take 2 teaspoons of elderflower per cup and pour boiling water over it. After 10 minutes, strain through a tea strainer.
