The infusion is light green to light yellow and clear. Sencha extra fina tastes finely tart, slightly grassy and has a light fruity note.
Ideally protected for organic farming, the Qingshan tea garden is located on a mountainous peninsula with altitudes of up to 750 metres in the middle of a reservoir called Wuqiangxi. Neither on the island nor in the immediate vicinity have any industrial enterprises been established whose activities could pose a risk of contamination to the organic areas. Our green tea Pi Lo Chun comes from controlled organic cultivation. To ensure the excellent quality, the tea is controlled and bottled in our manufactory in Germany. Free from any additives and therefore extremely compatible. Suitable for vegans and all those who pay attention to a balanced, relaxed lifestyle.
Preparation:
