Shatavari, or Indian asparagus, is a root. Shatavari is one of the most well-known plants in Ayurvedic teachings. Translated, it means something like "she who has 100 husbands". Other names of the Indian asparagus are Shatavar, Shatawari or Shatamull.
The raw materials from controlled organic cultivation as well as the gentle processing in a manufactory in Bavaria with over 30 years of experience guarantee a natural product that is vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free. You also benefit from the absence of additives and separating agents such as magnesium salts or other fillers and superplasticisers. To ensure this, the powder is regularly checked.
Preparation:
Mix up to 3g daily in liquid or with food.
