Organic hay flowers are ideal as a bath additive. They are especially popular with midwives for pregnant women in the late weeks of pregnancy. Kneipp was also a great supporter of the hay flower.
Only leaves and herbs from organic cultivation or certified wild collection from reliable organic herb farmers are used. This guarantees top quality.
Preparation:
Boil 100g of hay flowers in a litre of water and leave to infuse for approx. 20-30 minutes. Strain and pour the liquid into the bath water. The optimal bath temperature is between 35 - 38°C. The duration of the bath should be between 10 and 15 minutes. For an optimal relaxing effect, you should then lie down in bed or on the sofa for at least 30 minutes covered with warm water.
