The tasty fenugreek is also popular for seasoning bread and cheese. These ground fenugreek seeds are very aromatic, yet slightly bitter and a real MUST in a curry spice. Most curry spice mixes contain ground fenugreek.
According to a study from India on diabetes patients, a simple diabetic addition of fenugreek seeds should lead to lower blood sugar levels.

Preparation:
As a spice or tea: Boil up to 18g of ground fenugreek seeds in one litre of water and simmer for about 15 minutes. Drink the decoction three times a day before meals.
