Our Biotiva Japan Matcha can be prepared in a variety of ways: as matcha tea, matcha latte, in baking recipes such as matcha cake or in green smoothies. Whether matcha ice cream, matcha cookies, muesli with matcha: it tastes good in every situation! Unlike green tea, with matcha the whole matcha powder is ingested. During production the leaf is slowly ground very finely with a granite mill. By ingesting the whole powder orally, the nutrient content absorbed is 10 times higher than with a green tea infusion! The Japan Matcha is harvested in Japan in the summer and ground into powder in the city of Shizuoka on the southeast coast.
Japan Matcha powder from controlled organic cultivation. To ensure the excellent quality, the raw material is checked and bottled in our factory in Germany. Free from any additives. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Preparation:
Put 1 g of matcha powder in a bowl, pour over 80 ml of water (approx. 80°C hot), stir with the matcha whisk and froth.
Max. 5-6 g per day. To enhance food and drinks.
