Description

Our Biotiva organic potato flour/starch is starch extracted from potatoes. It is therefore not a question of classic flour, such as wheat flour, but of pure, natural starch. Potato flour is the ideal gluten-free, vegan kitchen aid for thickening soups and sauces and for fluffing up pastries and cakes. Potato starch has a higher water-binding capacity than cornstarch and is therefore often used for baking with fruit and quark.

Potato flour from certified organic farming. To ensure excellent quality, the raw material is checked and bottled in our factory in Germany. Free from any additives. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Preparation:
For pastries and to thicken liquids.
